Ravi told that to make chicken roll, first of all the stuffing is prepared by mashing boneless pieces of chicken. Then prepare veggies from cabbage, onion, beetroot, salt, capsicum, carrot, tomato sauce etc. To make rolls, heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan on medium heat. Then keeping rumali roti in it, it has to be baked from both the sides. After that add veggies and fry them. Then red chili powder, chicken and salt are added and cooked for 4-5 minutes. Then after adding coriander leaves, the stuffing is prepared in equal quantity in the middle of the rumali roti.

Earning up to 1500 daily

Ravi told that the cost of double egg roll is Rs 40, while single roll is sold for Rs 30. Whereas the cost of chicken roll is Rs.80 and the cost of veg roll is Rs.25. Ravi told that 3 to 4 thousand are sold daily. In which by deducting all the expenses, there is a saving of 1000 to 1500 rupees daily. He told that at present, he is going to start another stall in the city next week named Roll Ka Bol. There is a plan to open a nice restaurant of delicious non-veg dishes in future.
